How We Use Your Personal Information – and why

We use the information given to us by you to provide the service you request from us in the way that is set out in this policy. The main use of your information is to assist you with your inquiries as well as to help us understand your needs and provide you with a better service.

User name and password – if we collect a user name and password, this is so we can keep your information safe and so that we can have your information to hand each time you visit us.

Name, email, telephone number – without this we won’t know who or how to get in contact with you and respond to a query. If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, these may also be sent by email or SMS.

Correspondence – if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Credit Cards – We do not store credit card or debit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties

Security – At VRCCLAIMS, information security is very important and we have taken many steps to make sure your experience with us is secure. Information about you will be kept safe and secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect and secure information that is collected online.
